All artworks and objects have roughly the same properties. Here is a list of how to use each one.
When on, the artwork appears in the gallery. When off the artwork does not appear in the gallery or affect the loading time. It can be useful to turn off an artwork and still use it as a floor texture or open graph image.
Title of the artwork or object. Hint: set this to a single space if you don't want the title to appear when the visitor looks at it. This technique is useful for architecture models.
Name of the artist who created this work.
Long text about the work which appears when a visitor hovers over it in the gallery. If the text is morethan 400 characters, it will appear as an excerpt on hover. The full text can be read when a visitor clicks the artwork.
Text for the button-link that appears when the artwork is clicked. This link can go to any URL on the Internet and could be used for example to purchase the artwork or link out to the artist's website or similar.

2D media renders by default as a panel shape, but can also be mapped to other shapes.
Scaling that is applied uniformly to x, y and z transformation. This maintains the artwork's original aspect ratio. Default is 1. Note, this can be edited visually using Transform Controls in preview mode.
Rotation in degrees for x, y and z transformation. Note, this can be edited visually using Transform Controls in preview mode.
Position for the object in x, y and z space. The center of the virtual environment is (0,0,0). Note, this can be edited visually using Transform Controls in preview mode.
